"You're giving away 3D Fiber Lash Mascara??" You betcha!

Hello Common to the Core readers! There's nothing common about the mascara I'm about to tell you about...
Have you heard of 3D Fiber Lash Mascara by Younique?
I'd seen a few people advertise it on my Facebook newsfeed & every time I saw the before and after pictures, I had the same thought:  "Wow, that's amazing, but it's kind of expensive for mascara...". So, until lately, I had just been an admirer from afar.  Well, not anymore!  My friend Jackie sells Younique products and she asked me if we could do a little trade- mascara for advertising.  Of course I screamed said yes!  I quickly learned that it's so much more than "just mascara"!  Here is a picture of me with no mascara and the bottom pic is with the 3D Fiber Lash Mascara.
The only word that will caption this pic accurately is the word AMAZING.
Since using this mascara for several days, I've decided it IS worth the price of $29.  I feel so much prettier with it on.  And honestly, don't we all want to feel prettier?!?  It is easy to apply and so much fun to walk up to your friends and co-workers, bat your lashes and watch them freak out over how gorgeous your lashes are!  Seriously. You will stop traffic with these lashes.
Here's a closer look at what you get-
It really doesn't take much longer to use than regular mascara.  Simply apply a thin coat of your mascara and let it dry.  Do one coat of the Transplanting Gel, then the Fibers.  Seal with another coat of Transplanting Gel.  That's it!
Here is a short little video so you can see how easy it is to apply the 3D Fiber Lash Mascara.
I'm having an online party through June 1st, so click {HERE} to see all that Younique has to offer.  They are so much more than just mascara!
Jackie and I would like to give you a chance to win this amazing product, so check out the Rafflecopter below and come back daily to enter again by Tweeting about the giveaway!

Need some office accessories??

I've got some great things to show you today! Shoplet sent me some awesome
products that I'd like to share with you.
The first is the Officemate OIC VersaPlus Functional Desk Organizer
Look at these cute little swing out compartments!
I like this organizer because it holds so much.  The space behind my notepads is divided.  One side is deeper than the other, so my scissors fit down in there nicely and aren't way above everything else.
The spot for the photo is a nice addition!  This is a great organizer.  It has a spot for all of your essentials!
I had a little vinyl fun on the back.  Since you see the backside first when you walk into my office,
I decided it would be my name plate!

This clipboard is great for landscape papers!  I've already discovered several uses in my school where it would work so much better than the traditional clipboard.  Our classes travel with a behavior clipboard.  The form is landscape, so shouldn't the clipboard be too?!  In our school office, visitors must sign in on a landscape printed form clipped to a regular clipboard.  Well, that little clip gets in the way...It wouldn't if you used this board!
And the last product is the Luxor Mobile Computer Workstation

Perfect for your laptop on one side and projector on the other!
This desk was easy to assemble and could have many different uses! The height is adjustable, so it can fit your needs perfectly. It rolls smoothly and has locks on the wheels.

Five for Friday Linky

I am linking up with Doodlebugs Teaching for Five for Friday.
It's a fun linky where 5 things sum up your week! Try it-you'll like it!

LOVE Love love Chandra's products! More on this to come tomorrow!
Trust me, you don't want to miss it!

I started training for my Common Core Coach position with the state this week.
I'll be training Learning Leaders on literacy and math for 1st & 2nd grade, then they will go back and train the teachers at their school.  This will consume my entire June, but I'm sure I'll learn a lot and meet many great teachers from across the state!

It's Teacher Appreciation Week! We spent the week creating appreciation books.  Each student completed a page and I stapled them into a book.  Then we presented the teacher with it when he/she picked up their class from the library.  The kids were so excited and enthusiastic about making something special for their beloved teacher!  Second through fifth grade's books looked a little different, their page had questions like, The funniest thing my teacher did was.... and The thing I will miss most about my teacher is...
We had a great Appreciation Week here.  The PTO and administration gave us little gifts, lunch, or breakfast each day!

I had a little vinyl fun this week...Haven't used my Cameo in awhile, so I dusted it off and did a few personalizations for gifts for others and some for myself!

Making plans for the Birthday Book Club Celebration!
I started this "club" this year and 30 kids joined! For $15, I order a book for the library, their name and birthdate goes inside on a cute little sticker, they're the first to check it out, and they get to attend a birthday celebration in May!
